Our Associate Program is a hands-on training experience designed to build confidence in technical skills, guest handling, and business development. Associates work one-on-one with experienced service providers to refine their craft, gain real-world experience, and grow into successful career stylists.
We are a teaching-focused salon and wellness company committed to continued learning. Our team participates in multiple in-salon classes each year along with advanced destination trainings and industry events. We proudly work with professional brands including L’ANZA, jane iredale, Bioelements, LeChat, and Brazilian Blowout, ensuring our team is trained in high-performance products and services across hair, nails, skincare, and wellness.

Our compensation structure is built to reward performance and professional development, with opportunities for predictable income growth, paid vacation, education budget, health care benefits, and structured career path planning. Family matters. Your life outside the salon matters. We offer schedules designed to support balance, including six-hour weekday shifts and every other weekend schedules. We are closed on Sundays and five major holidays so you can plan time with the people who matter most.
