Hi, I’m Becky St. Mary, founder of Salon di Amici and co-founder of Mello Beyond a Spa alongside my business partner, Jonelle. With more than 30 years in the beauty and wellness industry, I’ve built my career around creating spaces where both guests and professionals can thrive.
What began as a passion for doing hair grew into a deeper mission: helping my team build meaningful, sustainable careers while maintaining balance in their lives. I believe in mentorship, continued growth, and fostering a kind, supportive environment where people feel valued and inspired.
While I still enjoy spending time behind the chair, my greatest fulfillment today comes from developing leaders within my team and creating experiences that help our community feel confident, relaxed, and cared for.
